Darryl T. Downing

Marketing & Design

Darryl is a career community leader, activist, and President and Founder of I-AM-HARLEM, a Marketing/Production Consultancy.  His dissemination and promotion of Harlem’s small business and cultural entities and events make him Harlem’s premier marketer (“Harlem’s Town Crier… For Hire!!”).  As many know, Darryl has long been associated with the New Heritage Theatre Group (New York’s Oldest Not for Profit Theatre- Celebrating 55 Years) as a Producer/ Audience Development Manager (And Most Recently In-House Photographer). His social media marketing and promotions proficiency augment his ability to manage, front and back of house staff during the theatre’s productions and events. Likewise outreach and marketing for the Harlem Business Alliance has also feathered Mr. Downing’s professional cap. Facilitation of electronic marketing brings the clients in. Mr. Downing then ensures a competently run workshop and follow-up.

Mr. Downing’s aforementioned aptitude has enhanced his association as Special Event Manager for HARLEM WEEK Inc, the Greater Harlem Chamber Of Commerce and The Harlem Arts Alliance. Similarly, his administration of youth and afterschool programs for Mindbuilders Creative Arts Center, Bronx NY. and Harlem School of The Arts have solidified Darryl T’s commitment to his beloved Harlem.

The Bradhurst Merchants association has selected Mr. Downing as a delegate to its Board of Directors since the 2016 campaign!

Mr. Downing’s I-AM-HARLEM brand currently graces the signage of Jazzmobile, and Harlem World Magazine’s “Harlem Summit” And Special Events.

Anthony Riley

Marketing & Design

Anthony has been involved in design that has touched our culture for over three decades, working for some of the biggest brands along the way – ultimately to open his own door at Sensr Dsgn.

Hailing from the South Bronx, Anthony’s thought-provoking flyer designs helped to promote hip hop in its infancy to partygoers throughout NYC’s five boroughs.

Melle Mel of Grandmaster Flash fame once said that “Riley’s flyers get brothers to think.” A sampling of Anthony’s flyer designs currently sits in the Cornell University Library’s Digital Collections.

After pursing his professional education at Parsons School of Design, Anthony started his professional design career in New York City. Brand Jordan, Nike and Century 21 were among the brands for which he helped craft cutting edge designs throughout his design career. For example, he helped increase sales by 300% over a 7-year period with Brand Jordan apparel. In the small business arena, he helped RJ Auto of Long Island to brand and ultimately take over their product categories on Ebay and Amazon.

Anthony’s disciplines include branding, strategic design, logo development, website design and illustration. His passion for all things creative keeps him in perpetual state of evolution.

If you desire to stand out among your competition and are looking for a strategic partner to create a new identity and build visual capital, look no further. Anthony Riley and Sensr Dsgn can bring clarity through design and strategy to a saturated marketplace.
