NY Amsterdam News: Harlem Business Alliance’s 31st awards celebration

The Harlem Business Alliance (HBA) is “Leading the Way Through Partnership.” This year, HBA honored Arthur Barnes, Michael Garner, Carol Griffin, Joe and Sheron Barnes and Jackie Rowe Adams for their distinguished achievements in business, the arts and public service.
